I'm an experienced systems consultant specialised in the modern digital workplace: device management with Intune and Autopilot, identity with Entra ID, a well-governed Microsoft 365 platform — plus solid Azure infrastructure and classic on-prem operations underneath.

Day to day I work with endpoint management and secure device operations, M365 administration and governance, identity (Conditional Access, MFA, RBAC, SSO), Azure infrastructure for operations, networking and security — and automation and troubleshooting across Windows 10/11 and the M365 platform.

Advising and delivering on the modern Microsoft workplace — designing, implementing and operating environments where devices, identity and data stay secure without getting in people's way.
Alongside project delivery I handle escalations, PowerShell automation and the unglamorous troubleshooting that keeps daily operations quiet. The measure of the job is simple: users shouldn't have to think about IT, and the customer should sleep well.
Multidisciplinary infrastructure & cloud specialist — design, implementation and optimization of on-prem environments and modern Azure architectures. Responsible for advanced cloud and security solutions built on Entra ID, Intune, Azure infrastructure and Defender for Cloud.
Delivered end-to-end Veeam Backup & Disaster Recovery architecture: design, capacity planning, implementation, validation and operations. On-site delivery missions in Singapore (×2) and Canada.

Helped build Complea's backup and monitoring department — today a central part of the company's operations. Deep Veeam experience from small installations to large hosting environments; VMware and Hyper-V administration; monitoring via PRTG and Pulseway.
At law firm HjulmandKaptain: 2nd level support and sole administrator of 40+ servers across physical and virtual Citrix XenServer environments (XenApp 6.5 → 7.6 upgrade, Lync 2013 IP telephony, McAfee ePO/TIE/ATD). Site admin at Alfa Laval Aalborg; hospital IT support for Region Nordjylland.
2nd level servicedesk following ITIL, and security responsible for Telenor's SOX environment — access reviews and compliance reporting. The desk resolved 91% of all tickets on average. Windows XP → 8.1 migration, RSA security console upgrade.
Where the IT career started. Customer support on ADSL connections at Cybercity, and later dealer support on mobile and broadband after the Telenor merger.
From early 2009 I took on the Floorwalker role — training part-time staff in technical ADSL support and running their performance reviews. First taste of being the one people turn to when something doesn't add up.
Apprenticed at Frederikstorv Bageri from 2003 and qualified as a baker and confectioner in 2006, staying on as a journeyman. In 2007 I moved to Penny Lane, where I ran the entire bread production on my own — and was second in charge of the apprentices, ordering and quality control.
People smile when they hear it, but it turned out to be an unusually good apprenticeship for IT operations:
